BAKED HOT WINGS

Ingredients

¾ cup flour
½ tsp red hot pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
16-20 chicken wings
½ cup butter
½ cup hot pepper sauce

Instructions

Cover an oven tray with aluminum foil. Lightly grease with oil. Add the flour, red pepper, garlic powder, and salt into a sealed bag. Shake to mix. Add the chicken wings to the bag and seal again. Toss to make sure they are thoroughly covered with the mixture. Place the wings onto the oven tray and keep it in the refrigerator for one hour.

Preheat oven to 200 C degrees.

Melt the butter. Put hot pepper sauce and the butter in a bowl and whisk them together. Take the wings out of the refrigerator and dip them into the butter-sauce mixture, then place them back on to the tray. Bake the wings for about 45 minutes, until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and crispy on the outside. Do not forget to turn them over when halfway done to make sure they are evenly baked. Serve hot.
